Arrange An Inspection Trip And See The Properties Yourself

Easily arranged inspection trips from your local airport

When buying a property overseas - the most important consideration is the area and location, as most types of properties can be found at most locations! With some of the "special offer" inspection trips advertised, you only manage to get a couple of days stay - and spend most of that time trying to cram in as many properties as possible - in the hope that you will eventually buy.

Before you arrive in Spain - we can organise or recommend a number of hotels providing accommodation (recommended time of 2/3 days)

Our inspection trips offer a cost effective and flexible way to view properties, and for your convenience if you are unable to hire a car - we can meet and collect you from Almeria airport.

Our Representative will offer you their undivided attention for the duration of your trip - as our purchasing trips are conducted on a 'one to one basis', we can concentrate on your needs and the trip is tailor-made for you! Our representative will value your feedback and will work with you to find your ideal home in the sun!

Typical Inspection Trip (viewing)

Day one - On arrival you will be greeted by your friendly and highly trained representative. You will then be taken to your hotel (if applicable). After a discussion of your requirements with your representative you will be given a tour of the area before stopping for a break en- route. Then the rest of the day allows time to inspect properties in your price range.

Day two - Further inspection of properties and areas. Lunch break - afterwards re- inspection of properties and areas. (If you wish to hold a property while you are making decisions just ask your rep and he/she will arrange a 24-hour reserve).

Day three -Open a bank account, complete a reservation contract (if a suitable property has been found) and pay your 3000 Euros deposit & organise legal representation. Lunch with your representative to finalise any questions - and if time meet with your appointed solicitor - who will answer any legal queries you may have.
